MANILA, Philippines - Honda Cars Philippines Inc. (HCPI) has opened its 34th dealership in the country under the Ayala group’s AC Industrial Technology Holdings Inc.
The new Honda Cars sits on Manila Bay, located at the Aseana Business Estate Park in Parañaque City, a 3,000-square meter lot size and is designed with a two-story structure that could display 22 vehicles at the most.
“This is for Honda Cars Manila Bay to showcase more variants of each Honda vehicle line-up for the customers. Honda Cars Manila Bay will also open its service facility with the most advanced equipment and quality service to cater to Honda customers,” HCPI said.
“Honda Cars Manila Bay will continuously provide excellent sales and service to meet customer satisfaction in line with HCPI’s commitment in producing and delivering innovative products that meet every Filipinos’ driving needs.
And with this partnership between HCPI and AC Industrial Technology Holdings Inc., the dedication will be experienced in the newly opened Honda Cars Manila Bay dealership,” it added.
AC Industrial Technology is Ayala Corp.’s newly formed business unit that integrates the group’s automotive and manufacturing operations.
HCPI sales in the eight months to August reached 14,496 units, up 19.1 percent from 12,167 units sold in the same period last year.
The company currently sits as the fifth biggest automotive player in country in terms of sales with a 6.79 percent market share.
